<p>The most admired and loved Hindu deity is Ganesha with an elephant head. He is the one counted on to remove obstacles of any kind from ones path. This painting of many colors has outlined Ganesha on a throne and in gold. Painter Mahender Kumawat has Ganesha on an ornamental and marble sculpted plate of Makrana that is on a stand made of sheesham wood. The beauty of it has been ameliorated with an inlay of glass and 22-carat gold. It is important to point out how marble changes at a continuous rate once carving has taken place. The original color has been known to change to an ivory color from a pristine white.
